Facts

Supported residential accommodation for clients with mild or moderate levels of intellectual disability, providing rooms for up to thirty-eight people in a mix of six-, two- and one-bedroom units

Floor area
1,800 m² (19,375 ft²)

Features

A sequence of buildings orientated to the landscape, with living areas orientated to sun and natural light.

The group of buildings is expressed as a long stepped urban wall; annexes defining external courtyards distinguish each house as individuals within the whole

The architectural language unifies the development with an appropriately human and domestic scale

Landscaping establishes spaces personal to each house while opening the development to the existing mature trees
