A development of five interlinked apartment buildings in London’s premier Development Opportunity zone at Nine Elms, the scheme comprises 1,208 apartments, extensive residents’ facilities, swimming pool, ground level retail and commercial units and parking. The buildings are linked together by raised podium gardens over a ground-level parking structure. Heights range up to 21 storeys. The scheme is part of a wider mixed-use urban quarter and includes public spaces and a linear park.

From designs by AHMM and Arup Associates, Reddy A+U developed the scheme from RIBA Stage 4 to completion on site, including discharge of planning conditions, Building Control approval, tender and production information, site inspections and handover. The development will achieve HCA Code 4 energy rating and the commercial elements BREEAM ‘Excellent’. All technical and constructional information is produced in Revit to BIM Level 2 and PAS1192-2 standard.
The development includes a transparent ‘pool in the sky’, spanning between two blocks at 10th floor level, the first of its kind in the UK.
