Features

From a consented design by Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands, Reddy A+U optimised the design to achieve 106 additional units, later consented, and to rationalise efficiency ratios and circulation. Reddy A+U is taking the development from RIBA Stage 3+ to Stage 5 completion on site, including discharge of planning conditions, Building Control approval, tender and production information, site inspections and handover.

All technical and constructional information is being produced to BIM  Level 2 in conjunction with the client and design team. The development will achieve HCA Code 4 energy rating and the commercial elements BREEAM ‘Excellent’.
