Features

The project features a new axial route which connects the adjacent city centre to the proposed development.  This route is reinforced by landmark ‘gateway’ buildings at key points.

A major urban square lies at the heart of the development. A new park of international standing becomes part of the network of major city parks which includes the proposed coastal amenity linear park.

The plan will be developed by seven architectural firms; Reddy A+U has prepared an architectural brief for each firm.
