William qualified from Waterford Institute of Technology in 2000 and joined Reddy A+U in 2001. He has considerable experience on a wide variety of projects, including large scale mixed use developments and residential schemes. Notable works include UCD Student Residences Masterplan, Embassy Gardens London, various PPP project tenders, Mixed Use Development at Trinity Street Wexford, Adamstown Post Primary School and MacDonagh Junction Kilkenny, a rejuvenation project with new-build and conservation-based refurbishment works comprising shopping centre, apartments, restaurants, offices and leisure units.
William specialises in the technical coordination of the various disciplines and in managing BIM-related information production within Reddy A+U. In 2012 he completed an MSc. Architecture: Advanced Environmental & Energy Studies through the University of East London. He has in recent years also undertaken a Certificate in Building Information Modelling Management through Middlesex University, a Diploma in Thermal Bridge Assessment through DIT, and is currently undertaking a Diploma in Construction Law in the Law Society of Ireland.
