Zeya has over 15 years of design and project management experience across residential, commercial, transportation, hospitality, mixed-use and master planning sectors in the UK and overseas.
Prior to joining Reddy Architecture + Urbanism, Zeya worked with Foster and Partners on the refurbishment of HM Treasury, the award-winning British Gas HQ, the mixed-use WTC building in San Marino and a large scale residential project in Wandsworth. with Allies and Morrison he was involved in the design and coordination of one of the key mixed-use office buildings for the BBC at White City campus, the BBC Phase One building and Bankside House in Southwark. He has been involved in a 35-storey residential tower for Imperial College in west London, working on a fast track programme to DfMA construction methods and BIM Level 2 and contributed to the Ealing Town Centre masterplan.
He has extensive experience abroad, with design and coordination of the Abu Dhabi Plaza in Kazakhstan, redesign of the Masdar HQ building in Abu Dhabi, The Royal Pavilion Terminal airport complex for the Royal Family in Amman, Jordan, and, with PLP Architecture, a large scale mixed-use project in Kuwait with a 75-storey landmark office tower.
He has been involved in the certification of quality management systems for ISO 9001 and has extensive CAD and BIM coordination experience.
