Aly Alvy

Aly Alvy is the Group Healthcare Lead at Reddy Architecture & Urbanism, bringing more than 25 years’ experience delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects across the public and private sectors.

An architect registered in Ireland, the UK, and the US, she combines practice leadership with complementary expertise in fire safety engineering and data analytics. Aly’s research focuses on data use and data linkages to inform clinical planning, test options, and shape predictive design in healthcare, all aimed at improving client satisfaction, service quality, efficiency, and whole-life value, and brings quantified whole-life carbon into briefing and optioneering.  She applies this evidence-based approach from early strategy through design and delivery, aligning estates, technology, and operations to achieve clear, measurable outcomes.
