Martin is a highly experienced Project Architect with over 18 years’ expertise in delivering complex, multi-million-pound developments across the hotel, residential, and commercial sectors. He brings a thoughtful and collaborative approach to design, with a particular interest in early-stage feasibility and concept development.
Martin has led the architectural delivery of significant landmark schemes such as the VITA Student Scheme in Belfast and Catherine House in Portsmouth. His work is defined by a strong focus on façade design, interior detailing, and client engagement, often navigating challenging planning and technical constraints to realise successful outcomes.
A certified Passive House Designer, Martin is passionate about sustainable architecture and leverages tools like Revit and Twinmotion to communicate design potential clearly and effectively. His leadership style is grounded in openness and continuous learning, and he’s known for fostering strong relationships across design teams and stakeholders.
