The Story
State-of-the-art materials and high-quality finishes establish a contemporary, professional setting that aligns with the brand’s identity.

The Challenge
The project required careful navigation of the existing building constraints, including fixed structural elements and spatial limitations. Integrating modern materials and systems within the original architectural framework demanded a sensitive and considered design approach.

The Outcome
BOI Customer Lounge delivers a sophisticated corporate space within Baggot Plaza. The design is underpinned by principles of biophilic design, incorporating natural materials, textures, and elements to promote wellbeing, comfort, and an enhanced user experience.
