The Story
The design maximises daylight, integrates natural materials and biophilic elements and carefully considers acoustic comfort to create a calm, engaging workplace that supports wellbeing, focus and collaboration. A new work café forms the social heart of the office, complemented by focused work zones, flexible meeting spaces and informal breakout areas.
The Result
With inclusivity, accessibility and neurodiversity at the forefront, the fit-out delivers a sustainable, adaptable workplace that enhances the employee experience while supporting both individual performance and team interaction.
Project Team
Lisa Smyth is the Head of Interiors at Reddy Architecture + Urbanism. Since graduating in 1996 Lisa has worked as Interior Project Architect in Ireland and internationally on a wide range of projects including Office, Retail, Hospitality, Healthcare, Student Amenity and Accommodation and Residential Fit Outs.
