The Challenge

To deliver a scalable data centre campus that supports both immediate and long-term demand.

The Story

Reddy A+U led the masterplanning and detailed planning application for three three-storey ICT buildings (16,206 m² each) with supporting energy centres, substations, and site infrastructure. Roads, parking, and landscaping were designed for efficient long-term operation.

The Outcome

Successfully delivered planning permisssion for Phase One, which delivered 90MW IT load.
